(Case Review Requirements)
Dr. Bradshaw works and consults with attorneys throughout the United States. If you are an attorney and would like our assistance as co-counsel, please call and set up a time to discuss your case. Call toll free at 888-775-0000 or call 417-890-8888 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central time. After all information is in, case reviews typically take 30 - 45 days, but rush reviews are available on a case by case basis. All reviews must be scheduled and agreed upon by Dr. Bradshaw. Sections 1 and 2, below, must be printed out and completed. Then either section 3A or 3B must also be completed. These must be mailed in with the required documents before we can provide a preliminary review. Click on each item to link to the forms.
